-I do not license or sell the rights to any of my designs and rights are not transferred in purchasing my designs, graphics, or files.
- By purchasing, you are being granted permission to PRINT/use my designs and/or graphics for personal use only.
-These files and/or designs are not to be shared, altered and resold, or printed and resold.
-Not for commercial use. Not for wholesale or larger outsourcing companies.
-Buyer is responsible for understanding how to use the zip folder files and graphics and for having the proper software.
Can I purchase your digital file, make prints, and then sell the prints?
No. My digital files are for personal use only. Shower My Baby (by Kissed By Kimmy Design) maintains all copyrights. - By purchasing, you are being granted permission to PRINT/use my designs and/or graphics for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
How many times can I print the digital file?
As many times as you need to (for personal use only - the files are not to be shared with others). You can print as many as you need for your party. Just purchase one digital file (ie. invitation) and you can print 20 (invitations) from the one file.
I love some of your items... Can I blog about them?
If you wish to blog about my item in anyway (use a picture or title from Etsy, you do NOT need to contact me first but you MUST give proper credit…
- Credit the designs/graphics with the following:
“Clipart Designs & Party Supplies ©Kim Waybright - www.showermybaby.etsy.com & www.kissedbykimmydesign.etsy.com”
-It's not required but I'd appreciate a message with a link to your blog, so I can check out your awesome blog. :-)

How long before I receive my file?
For custom items: I try to send you the proof picture within 48-72 hours. Once you approve the design, I try to send you the final digital file within 48 hours of your approval.
For Instant Downloads: You should be redirected to a screen to download your files after you payment is confirmed. See How to Download Files here: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949
I did not receive an email with the digital file. Where can I download the file?
If you purchased an Instant Download they are available to download as soon as your payment clears (usually within 15 minutes of payment). You will NOT receive an email with the file attached (you may receive an email with a link to Etsy's site to download them). To find your files and download instructions follow this link:
